Sand truck was sent out when it started to rain
When it started raining in the morning, Östersund municipality called out the first sand truck. In the morning, around 30 units were out sanding in the municipality.
– We started with bus and main streets and then we graze as we go, says Jonatan Hellström, acting unit manager for streets, parks, operations at Östersund municipality.
