Solo queue for Rated Battlegrounds has made it easier for some World of Warcraft players to achieve some PvP achievements. Others, however, get stuck in certain scoring areas because the randomly assigned competitors drag the team down.
Since when can you register solo for Ranked Battlegrounds? This was tested for the first time with WoW patch 10.2 and a regular brawl variant in which two teams of eight players each meet in the Warsong Gorge and other selected battlefields.
The concept was well received by a sufficient number of players and was integrated into the standard offering for PvP fans with the pre-patch for WoW: The War Within. “Rated Battleground Blitz” also relies on 8vs8 games and a higher pace. You will have the opportunity to register for Ranked Battlegrounds alone or in pairs (with a healer).

What kind of success did the player achieve? Lats9 reports on Reddit that he was able to surpass a rating of 2,400 in WoW PvP for the first time, securing the “Supreme Warlord” achievement. He mastered a total of 110 battlefield games.
He himself is particularly keen on the elite set. The solo queues turned out to be a “game changer” because the ranked battlefield games were a lot of fun and the waiting times were much shorter than in the arenas.
Not everyone can win

But there are also players who – like Lats9 – have had better luck with the solo battlefields:
