It only costs 2.5 euros. This product is as effective as professional products in removing stubborn marks from the oven glass.
While the oven was running almost every day during the Christmas holidays, January is the ideal month to clean it from top to bottom. The problem: it’s a real chore that requires elbow grease when you don’t have the pyrolysis function! And yet, there is a miracle product that everyone should know about, certainly the most effective when it comes to removing traces and dirt accumulated on the oven door.
This is the product recommended by Tom Jackson, maintenance agent and founder of the cleaning company Carpet Cleaners MCR. Accustomed to professional solutions for cleaning ovens, he found a product sold in all supermarkets which is just as effective and which costs around 2.5 euros. And you won’t even need to scrub hard.
This product is The Pink Stuff, this pink paste which cleans everything and eliminates even the most stubborn marks, which created a buzz when it arrived at Action. It is now found almost everywhere. According to the professional, beyond the fashion and the publicity effect, it is the “ideal product for removing dirt” from the oven effortlessly. You will obtain the same result as with professional products and the oven glass will shine again.
The effectiveness of this cleaning paste is due to its 99% natural composition based, among other things, on baking soda, vegetable soap, glycerin, and quartz. This is what allows it to leave no dirt, no traces, but above all a shiny finish on the surfaces.
How to use The Pink Stuff for the oven door without having to scrub like crazy? Put on gloves and spread the pink paste over the entire surface of the oven door using a sponge. Rub gently to distribute the product evenly. Leave the product to act for 15 minutes. Be careful, “it can be tempting, but don’t rub too soon. Let it take effect”, explains the professional to the English press.
Once the product has worked, take a sponge and some water and remove the product from the oven glass. The dirt will come off like magic. If you rarely clean your oven glass, the dirt may be really embedded. In this case, use the scraper side of your sponge (ideally a sponge with the silver recurring side, this is the softest to avoid scratches) or a spatula to help you loosen the dirt.
With this product, you can of course clean the oven glass, but not only that! It’s a true multi-purpose cleaner. Tile joints, burnt bottoms of stoves and pots, limescale in the bathroom, plastic garden furniture or even the soles of shoes… In short, nothing can resist it!
