In Sweden, the country’s prime minister Ulf Kristersson has opened the annual Sälen security conference with his speech on Sunday, reports the Swedish public radio SVT.
In his opening speech, Kristersson described the prevailing security environment.
– Sweden is not at war. But there is no peace either, Kristersson said.
The Folk och försvar conference, which starts on Sunday and focuses on security and defense policy, continues until Tuesday.
The special theme of the conference this year is “leadership and governance to build resilience”.
