Elon Musk recently made a name for himself by being one of the best players in the new Path of Exile 2. But the community doubts whether this is really true. Now two of the most famous players react to what Musk shows and laugh, shaking their heads at his ignorance.

This is why Quin and Kripp laugh at Musk: Elon Musk has now achieved a certain level of fame as a gamer. In Diablo 4, for example, he was at the top of the best players in the world for a while, although that only refers to a specific list.
Shortly after the early access release of Path of Exile 2, Musk also tried out the new action RPG and played some of it live. His opinion on PoE 2 has reached at least 15 million people.
According to data, his characters are among the best in the world. His hardcore characters were already some of the highest level shortly after launch, and in the softcore area he found several of the rare citadels a few days after release.
The community then became suspicious and investigated. The result: the players are sure that Musk is cheating and letting someone else play for him in order to then only reap the rewards. Quin and Kripp responded exactly to that.

In live streams and videos, the two streamers watched how Musk played games in his own live sessions. You can often see the two laughing helplessly, shaking their heads, or covering their faces with their hands.
Quin in particular seems desperate when Musk drags items into his inventory one by one, doesn’t know what a mana potion is, or simply leaves the most important resource in the game lying on the floor. He describes some of the best items in the game as bad just because they have a lower level:
Bro, bro, bro… bro, bro. If he says this ring is bad, I swear to God. […] Okay, his chest piece is really pretty mediocre. […] Wait, that’s HYBRID?! With [Energy Shield]?! Are you kidding me? WHAT THE HELL! Oh my god, this is somehow twice as good as mine!

Kripp reacts similarly to Musk’s team (via YouTube). The expert often seems desperate that the tech billionaire is only looking at the required level of his items rather than the actual values.
Musk’s weapon, for example, is “possibly perfect.” At least one of his pieces of equipment is the absolute best in the game and can only be obtained from the most difficult boss at the highest level. Almost unattainable for hardcore characters.
