Elizabeth Hurley is banking on a food balanced, which advocates fruits and vegetables. “I think one of the things that has transformed me the most is making 50% of what I eat plant-based. If you eat a slice of toast for breakfast, eat an apple too. Counterbalance it all with vegetables.” she declared. In addition, the British woman strives to eat as many healthy and natural products as possible. “I haven’t eaten processed food in 100 years […]. I don’t eat sweets. I don’t drink much alcohol. I don’t smoke, but I deeply regret doing so. I learned to eat lighter and later“, she continued.
However, Elizabeth Hurley admits: she has a guilty pleasure that she finds difficult to control. The star is addicted to peanut butter. “I’ll take a spoonful, then another, and empty the pot before you know it,” confessed the one who also emphasized in this interview that she is not a fan of cosmetic surgery.
