Heavy fire in villa

There is a fire in a larger villa in Hörby.

Suspected drunk driver drove into police car

A police patrol in Östergötland this evening stopped a car that was being driven in a strange way.

Man seriously injured in restaurant robbery

A man from the staff has been seriously injured in a suspected robbery at a restaurant on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm.

Swiss man dead in Iranian prison

A Swiss citizen has died in an Iranian prison, according to state-controlled media in Iran.

Tiktok is in danger in the US

The US Supreme Court disagrees with Tiktok.

But a majority of the judges seem to be leaning towards banning Tiktok in the country from January 19.

The judges’ attitude indicates that they will uphold the law, according to CNN.

Tiktok’s lawyers as well as several free speech groups in the US claim that the law is a major restriction of freedom of speech.

Young man dead after accident on E20

A man in his 20s died after a traffic accident on the E20 near Svista in Eskilstuna.

Relatives have been notified.

– The theory is that for some reason the person left their car on the highway and was hit by a vehicle, says police spokesperson Mats Pettersson.

They don’t know who hit the man. The police have started a preliminary investigation into causing the death of another, gross negligence in traffic and gross contamination from a traffic accident.

– We have held a number of interviews at the scene, but we currently have no suspects.
