The Court of Arbitration for Sport will examine the appeal of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in the context of the doping case targeting world tennis number 1 Jannik Sinner on April 16 and 17, the CAS announced on Friday January 10. Cleared by an independent tribunal requested by the International Agency for Tennis Integrity (Itia), after having tested positive for clostebol (an anabolic) twice in March 2024, Sinner remains under threat of sanction, the AMA having filed an appeal with the CAS in September and demanding a one to two year suspension against the Italian.
