In On CallOfficer Traci Harmon, a veteran police officer with twelve years of service under her belt, is responsible for training Alex Diaz, a new recruit. The latter, as idealistic as he is ambitious, will strive to maintain his optimism in the face of the challenges he will face. At the same time, the loss of another officer will only exacerbate tensions and difficulties within the Long Beach police force.
