And he has found love in girlfriend Desiré Inglander.
Now the couple reveals their new love message about the wedding.
2024 was another successful year for the Swedish world star Armand Duplantis. He won WC gold indoors, EC gold outdoors, took home the overall victory in the Diamond League and was a big success during the Summer Olympics.
Duplanti’s successful year
During an unforgettable evening in Paris, “Mondo” wrote Swedish Olympic history by winning both Olympic gold and breaking a new world record with 6.25 meters. There were a total of three new world records in pole vaulting in 2024 and then he ended the year in the best way by winning the Bragdguldet as well.

But alongside sporting successes, the past year will be remembered for the engagement with love Desire Inglander. Duplantis got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend in The Hamptons, outside New York.
Desiré’s new message
They have been a couple since 2020 and have been living together in an apartment in Stockholm for a few years now. Both are very active on social media and since the proposal, many followers have asked when it is time for the grand wedding.

Now comes the news that Armand and Desiré have decided on a date. In a video on TikTok, see it below, both stand and hold each other in pure happiness.
“We have just decided on a date for the wedding!”, Desiré Inglander writes to the video, but they do not yet want to reveal which date it actually is.
“Different feeling”, Desiré also writes in a comment to the post.
Thus, the wedding planning is in full swing for the young couple and a lot of Swedes seem to be looking forward to the impending wedding.
