(Finance) – CircleInnovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that the subsidiary InfoEraspecialized in IT solutions for ports and port communities, was awarded in Temporary Grouping of Companies together with the parent company (5%) and the external company DataCh Technologies (10%), the announcement for the development and management of services digitalisation of the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea – Port of Trieste as a private partner of the joint venture to be established “PCS Newco Srl” (company which will be established by the successful tenderers together
to the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea – Port of Trieste and Monfalcone).
The tender for the digitalization of traffic management services in the port of Trieste it closed in favor of the consortium composed of Info.era, Circle SpA and DataCh Technologies; the temporary grouping will work alongside PCS NewcoS.rl as an industrial partner, a company being set up with the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea which will continue the assistance and development of the software that allows operators and institutions to work on the flows of goods entering and exiting the port of Trieste and Monfalcone.
The value of the contract awarded is at least 5,814,000 euros for the first 6 years, with the possibility of further 6,000,000 euros always in the first 6 years. For the seventh year, up to 969,000 euros are expected, with a further possible extension of up to 1,000,000 euros. The maximum overall value of the contract therefore amounts to 13,783,000 euros. 90% of this value will remain within the Circle Group perimeter.
