(Finance) – The prices are still increasing home sales in the United States, according to the numbers that emerge from the purchase agreements, an indicator of the prospective trend of the real estate and mortgage market.
In November, thepending home sales index (progress home sales), published by the Association of Real Estate Agents (NAR), recorded an increase of 2.2% on a monthly basis, reaching 79 points against the 1.8% increase recorded in October.
The figure compares with the +0.9% expected by analysts.
