From boxing star to real estate mogul
Floyd Mayweather Jr.who ended his boxing career in 2017, has since put a lot of focus on real estate investments. According to TMZ he bought over 60 buildings in New York in October last year, to a total value of over four billion Swedish kronor.

The Christmas present for the grandchild – for over 200 million kroner
The Christmas present as Floyd Mayweather Jr. gave to his grandson, three years old Kentrell Jr.was a building in the middle of Manhattan in New York. The building is located in the Diamond District, which is one of New York’s most exclusive areas.
The property, located at 6th Avenue and 47th Street, reportedly has TMZ a value of approximately 20 million dollars – which corresponds to 221 million Swedish kronor.
– You are the first child to own a building in the Diamond District in New York. I bought you a building, Floyd says in the video.
