The sixteen-year-old actor died of trauma two days after being admitted to hospital. He fell from a moving vehicle.
It was only this Thursday, December 26, 2024 that the news broke. Hudson Meek died on Saturday December 21 at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham, United States. He had been admitted two days earlier, on December 19, after falling from a moving vehicle in Vestavia Hills (Alabama, United States), which caused him trauma, we learned from CNN. Information confirmed by those close to him on his Instagram account: “His sixteen years on this earth were far too short, but he accomplished so much and had a significant impact on everyone he met.”
The teenager was particularly known for having played the role of Baby, in a younger version, in Baby Driver by Edgar Wright in 2017. This role, also played by Ansel Elgort, made him known to the general public. He also starred in several American series, such as Found and Legacies, the spin-off of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. He is also part of the cast of the thriller The School Duel, which is due out in theaters soon.
