Those who wanted to see their payment history in the app were met with an error message. Only after 3pm on Christmas Day did Swish start working as usual again.
– What I can say is that there was a malfunction yesterday, and today there has been a problem showing the history in the app, says Matilda Westerman at Swish’s press service.
– I only know that there was a malfunction and that they worked to solve it as soon as possible.
She is tight-lipped about the cause of the problems, which went on and off for more than a day.
