The police in Hudiksvall jumped in as pizza delivery men after the regular food delivery man ran off the road and overturned.
“To avoid that the ordered pizzas would be too late and cold, the police patrol made sure to deliver the pizzas to the customer who lived nearby,” the police write on their website.
The accident happened at 5pm on Christmas Day. The driver has been taken to hospital for a check-up. No one is suspected of a crime.
“Police on the spot found that the place was slippery and it was probably the slip that was the cause of the accident,” the police write.
