(Finance) – FIPE-Confcommercio welcomes with great satisfaction the approval, in the Council of Ministers, of the bill which introduces measures to counteract the phenomenon of reviews false in the sector of catering and of thehospitality. The provision represents an important step forward to protect consumers and businesses, providing for a ban on buying or selling online reviews, the obligation to eliminate inauthentic comments and the exclusive publication of reviews from customers who have actually used the service.
