The thesis topic of Hasan Shaybani, the new foreign minister of the Syrian administration led by Colani, is also quite remarkable. According to AA news, Shaybani, who served as the Head of Political Affairs of the HTS administration in Idlib, was responsible for relations with representatives of foreign governments and institutions, as well as the work of United Nations organizations and international aid organizations.
Shaybani, who was born in Hasakah in 1987, moved to the capital with his family and graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature at Damascus University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 2009.
He participated in the civil war that started in Syria in 2011 and was involved in the process. He took part in the establishment of the ‘Syrian Liberation Government’ in 2017.
Şeybani received a master’s degree in political science and foreign relations from Sabahattin Zaim University in Turkey in 2022 and a doctorate in the same specialty in 2024
