A resident in the area heard a loud bang and called the police at 03:30.
When the police arrived at the scene, they could ascertain that something had exploded in or near a gate at the address.

According to the police, no one was injured, but the detonation caused material damage to the property.
During the night, police bomb technicians were on the scene and cordoned off a large area.
It is still unclear what detonated.
14-year-old in taxi arrested
Shortly before 04:00, the police stopped a taxi at the center of Rosengård with a 14-year-old boy in it. He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated vandalism. However, due to his young age, the arrest was lifted and the boy is taken for questioning.
The boy is suspected of gross destruction of public danger and violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
The site is still cordoned off to a lesser extent pending a technical investigation.
