Golf superstar Tiger Woods has seen and experienced many things in his career, but on Sunday, the 48-year-old legend got to experience something new and especially joyful.
Tiger Woods 15 years old Charlie-son hit his first hole-in-one while playing with his father in a tournament where top golfers play with their family members.
Golf.com described how Charlie didn’t see his historic holar and neither did his dad, who wasn’t watching the putt.
Father and son realized what had happened only when the audience burst into applause. But afterward, Tiger “was more excited than if he’d hit a hole-in-one himself,” noted ESPN.
The father hugged his son, and his expression spoke of joy.
– The first, said Charlie according to ESPN, when TV cameras surrounded him.
Charlie’s perfect shot came at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando on the course’s 175-yard, par-3 fourth hole on the final day of the tournament.
