Here is Sweden’s best kebab sauce – according to Kebabspotting

Jiray Seropian, or “Kebabspotting”, has made a name for himself on social media by testing and reviewing food. As the name suggests, kebabs are often tested.

In addition, Seporian himself runs a kebab restaurant – and as something of an expert on the subject, last autumn he took on the task of determining where in Sweden the best kebab sauce can be found. Over 100,000 people have followed the “sauce journey”.

Now he has found the answer: The best kebab sauce can be found in Luleå.

– The oriental dressing that can only be found in Luleå, Kiruna and up in the north, it is charming and close to my heart. It is a universal sauce that works for most things. The Northerners’ fanaticism and love for the sauce hit me in the heart, so they should be praised for that and a well-deserved top rating in the sauce culture.

They come second and third

In second place comes the kebab sauce in Norrköping – the city Seropian lives in and comes from.

– Although it is dear to my heart, I can honestly say that Norrköping is a good sauce town. It is located in the middle of the biggest cities we have, there is a lot of everything, many types of meat and all the sauces that can be found around the country. It’s a good kebab sauce town.

And third best at kebab sauce are the people of Gothenburg, according to Seropian.

– They have a breadth, they have a lot of everything. They have a nice kebab scene and good sauce culture overall.
