(Finance) – The Italian-French-American car manufacturer has communicated the dates for public disclosure of the economic-financial results which will be examined by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting during 2025.
In line with the dividend policy, the management of Stellantis specified that, should the Shareholders’ Meeting decide on a dividend relating to the 2024 financial year, the relevant detachment date would occur in the month of April 2025and underlined, however, that this information is provided for the sole purpose of complying with regulatory obligations and cannot be interpreted as an advance regarding the possible distribution of dividends in 2025 or in subsequent years.
