In Israel, at least 14 people have been slightly wounded in an airstrike directed from Yemen, the authorities say.

The country’s army said early on Saturday that it was unable to repel a missile fired from Yemen. According to local media, the missile hit the city of Bnei Brak, east of Tel Aviv.

For months now, the Houthis have continued to attack Israel to show support for the Palestinians in Gaza. Israel has been able to shoot down most of the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels’ missiles.
