Attunda district court sentences 16 people for crimes linked to murder plans in Upplands Väsby in December 2023, the district court writes in a press release.
The longest sentence – nine years and ten months – is given to a person who is convicted of two counts of preparation for murder, two counts of aggravated weapons offense and for involving a young person in crime.
Two people are sentenced to four years in prison for, among other things, aiding and abetting the preparation for murder and aiding and abetting a serious weapons crime.
Three people are sentenced to between two years and six months and two years and ten months for, among other things, keeping a weapon in the apartment.
Four people who were 16–17 years old at the time of the crimes are sentenced to be sent to closed youth care for seven months. A woman is sentenced to two years and seven months in prison for serious weapons offences.
