Dead bodies were found in the drug warehouse of the headquarters used by Iran and Hezbollah in Damascus, the capital of Syria. Many bodies were found in the medicine warehouse of the building used as headquarters by Iran and Hezbollah, located behind the Sayyida Zeinab Mosque in the Sayyida Zainab area.

Civil defense teams examining the mass graves reported that there were more than 20 dead bodies among the corpses, including children. Civil Defense Board Member Ammar Selmo said, “This place is considered a drug warehouse, but we found a cold storage inside. We saw that the warehouse turned into an area where decomposed corpses and skeletons were stored. Our teams are trying to document the bodies. We are collecting the skeletons and trying to determine the number of victims.” he said.
“WE DON’T KNOW HOW THEY WERE KILLED”
Stating that the region is the headquarters of the Iranian militia, Selmo said in his statement: “Imagine a militia occupying a place and keeping the bodies in storage. We do not know what they did to these corpses. We do not know where they were arrested, how they were killed.” he said.
