Ten civilians have been killed in a paramilitary airstrike on a hospital in the besieged regional capital of al-Fashir in southwestern Sudan, according to a local activist group coordinating aid across the country.
A drone attack on the same hospital on Friday killed nine people and forced the hospital to close temporarily.
The city, with around two million inhabitants, has seen fierce clashes as the regular army and paramilitary RSF (Rapid Support Forces) battled to secure a foothold in the greater Darfur region.
Almost the entire region has been controlled for some time by the RSF, which has also taken over areas in the adjacent region of Kordofan as well as large parts of central Sudan.
The war in Sudan has killed tens of thousands of people and displaced more than eleven million.
