Path of Exile 2 camp explained: This is what the premium chests can do

In Path of Exile 2 there are many different chests that you can purchase in the shop. The storage compartments offer different capacities. We’ll explain to you what differences there are.

How does the storage system work? While you can’t expand your inventory in Path of Exile 2, it is possible to free up a lot more space in the warehouse. The game offers different upgrades in the shop, which differ in both their function and their price.

You also need storage compartments to trade, but only the premium variants work here, because they can be switched to public in return for the simple storage compartments.

Path of Exile 2 Stash Tabs: They can

What storage compartments are there? There are many different storage compartments in Path of Exile 2 and its predecessor. In the following list you will find all the storage compartments that work in Path of Exile 2 and its predecessor and what they can do:

  • Premium chest compartment: An additional compartment in the normal size. You can change the name and color of this compartment. Additionally, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Additional chest compartment: An additional compartment in the normal size. It does not offer any additional features.
  • Extra-large premium chest compartment: An additional compartment four times the size. You can change the name and color of this compartment. On top of that, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Gem Chest Compartment: Adds an additional compartment where you can store up to 500 gems. You can change the name and color of this compartment. In addition, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Flask chest compartment: Adds an additional compartment where you can store up to 500 bottles. You can change the name and color of this compartment. Additionally, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Currency Chest Compartment: Adds an additional compartment where you can store up to 5,000 different currency items. You can change the name and color of this compartment. Additionally, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Essence Chest Compartment: Adds an additional compartment where you can store up to 5,000 essences of various types. You can change the name and color of this compartment. On top of that, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Unique chest compartment: Adds a collection where you can collect all unique items. You can change the name and color of this compartment. This compartment can also be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • Delirium Chest Compartment: Adds an additional compartment where you can store up to 5,000 units of all Orbs of Delirium and 5,000 Simulacrum cards. You can change the name and color of this compartment. Additionally, this compartment can be made public to list your items on trading websites.
  • All compartments that are intended for a certain type of item also have the option of having these items sorted automatically. You can then simply throw your items into the chest and they will land in the right place.

Which chest compartments are particularly worthwhile? The choice of chest compartments certainly depends on your personal playing style. However, if you don’t have that many points left, the premium chest compartment package is particularly worth it. In the in-game shop you will receive six premium compartments, which you can name as you wish, for 200 points.

For example, you can use them for certain item categories or use a page as a shop page for trading. As an alternative, there is the extra-large compartment, which is only four pages in size, but is also available for a good price at 150 points.

A good addition to start with is the currency compartment, which stores the many different items that you need to upgrade your equipment and skills. It also has additional space for items that currently do not fit into any category, such as runes, and a large space for an item so that it can be upgraded directly in the warehouse. One of them currently costs 75 points in the shop.

Even if your own build is nerfed again, you will be happy about the items you have collected in the storage compartment. You can see what has recently changed in Path of Exile 2 here: Patch of Exile 2: Update 0.1.0d brings 82 changes – patch notes in German
