Asylum seekers from Utrecht who have exhausted all legal remedies go to court for a bed-bath-bread arrangement

Asylum seekers from Utrecht who have exhausted all legal remedies

The bed-bath-bread scheme is officially called the National Alien Facility (LVV). The scheme means that foreigners who have exhausted all legal remedies are treated soberly, so that they do not end up on the street and cause a nuisance. The new coalition of PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB announced upon taking office that the arrangement would end. The municipality of Utrecht already announced that it would pay for it itself. The group of foreigners now wants to use the lawsuit to force the government to take over the financing.
