“Hello NN! During the day you will be contacted by various sellers who claim that you have bought various things from them on tradera. Of course you have not, we have done this in order to show you what we are capable of doing You are hereby blackmailed into paying us SEK 2000. If you don’t pay, the orders will continue, not just in the form of trades.
We will order everything possible in your name: invoice purchases, various subscriptions, newspaper subscriptions, pizza delivery people who expect to be paid, taxis for you and your friends and a whole lot more. We will actively work to sabotage you and your brand”.
“If we haven’t received the money before midnight, we will attack your customers, if we haven’t received any money before Tuesday morning, we will go full on nuk mode, you can expect a hell of a lot of work to sort out this soup, etc. Fittnyllet “.
In the preliminary investigation protocol that Nyheter24 has seen, it also appears that he started calling the influencer and her relatives. The calls took place in the middle of the night. The influencer never answered as she suspected it was the blackmailer who called.
The man is sentenced
In September 2022, the police raided the man’s home. During a house search, the police seized a Samsung phone, a Nokia phone, two desktop computers, two laptops, several USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives.
The man has admitted data breach and extortion. The punishment for his crime is imprisonment for two months, but as he has not been previously punished and that the crime was committed a long time ago and that he is undergoing treatment for what can be assumed to be related to the crime, he is now sentenced to probation and must also undergo treatment.
