Three people were seriously injured by the impact: a 38-year-old man, his six-year-old son and his 27-year-old sister-in-law who, pregnant, had lost – after the impact – the child she was expecting.

In accordance with the prosecution’s requisitions, the judges sentenced the comedian and actor to five years in prison, three of which were suspended on probation. For the two years, the court issued a committal warrant with deferred effect.

In prison, Pierre Palmade will be able to “ formulate a request for sentence modification which will be submitted to the decision of a sentence enforcement judge » at the end of an adversarial hearing, recalled the Bordeaux prosecutor’s office the day after the comedian’s conviction.
