Alexandra Ehle: the body of a naked woman painted blue and a mummified man… The series is still as creepy as ever

Alexandra Ehle the body of a naked woman painted blue

Alexandra Ehle returns for a 5th season on France 3. And the scenarios of the new episodes unpublished in France remain in the murky vein of the previous ones…

Here we go again with new corpses found in the closet! Alexandra Ehle is back this week for these new episodes unpublished in France (it seems that they were broadcast in Belgium at the beginning of the year, but let’s move on). The spontaneous forensic doctor, played by Julie Depardieu, had already made her comeback on France 2 a few weeks ago, during a crossover with Astrid and Raphaëlle last November 1st. Like her two new sidekicks, she resumes her adventures this Tuesday, December 10, with an episode entitled “Message for eternity”, the first of the 5th season.

Alexandra Ehle will still be there on December 17, for another new episode, this time called “The Blue Woman”. It is difficult to know at the moment whether season 5 will continue on December 24, with the 3rd episode “Sacred Fire” (the 15th in total for the series), or if the latter will wait until the new year. Several beautiful guests are in any case planned in these new episodes, the eternal François Berléand and André Manoukian, but also Andréa Ferréol, Sophie Le Tellier, or Claire Nebout.

The scenarios for these first two episodes of season 5 of AAlexandra Ehlethey are still as gloomy. In the first, an unlisted mummy is found in the reserves of the Bordeaux archaeological museum. This is François Von Kert, brilliant archaeologist and president of the University of Letters of Bordeaux, who has been missing for 70 days. By autopsying him, Alex, helped by Paolo, a young and charming specialist in mummification, discovers that the technique used by the murderer is clearly that of an expert who knows perfectly the rituals of Egyptian mythology…

In “The Blue Woman”, Alexandra Ehle will this time investigate the body of a woman entirely painted in blue and exhibited like a work, on the square in front of the Bordeaux digital art center. The victim, Clara Navarro, was a local artist. To decode the message of this ironic staging, Alex will have to delve into the secrets of Clara’s love life which, under the veneer of a happy life, hid past wounds. But to be effective, she will have to win over her new assistant Imogen, secretly responsible for documenting her excesses in order to get her fired… That promises.
