On Saturday, the Västerbotten region announces that the boy has critical injuries and is being cared for in the hospital’s intensive care unit.

The alarm about the accident came in on Thursday afternoon and the child was later taken to hospital.

To SVT Västerbotten the pre-school’s principal said that “the incident went smoothly”.

– We have a crisis plan and we have had a meeting with the crisis group. We have had an open house both yesterday and today for those who want to talk. We have a team from the church on site, the principal said earlier this week.

– It’s super heavy today. The situation is not so good, the rector told SVT Västerbotten at the time.
