(Finance) – Industrial series announces that the list for the appointment of the Board of Directors, drawn up by the majority shareholder Industrial SpA, has been published today. The election of the new directors will take place at the Shareholders’ Meeting, called for May 6, 2022.
The list includes Roberto Maviglia, Fabio Borsoi, Andrea, Marco and Vittorio Civitillo, Annalisa Cuccaro, Rosaria Martucci, Manuela Morgante, Luciano Orsini and Alessandra Ottaviani.
