The turn leads to Niklas Källner leaving the Traitors

The finale of “The Traitors” is approaching and someone who doesn’t manage to get all the way there is Niklas Källner, who is voted out in this week’s episode.

– It was frustrating because I got close to the traitors, even though I wasn’t 100 percent right. I had also started to create new alliances with Anna, Emilia and Ronny by my side, but it wasn’t enough, says Niklas to TV4.

– You move forward, start sniffing things and somehow manage to sniff out the traitors. You manage to get a few with you. The last step is for us to go in the same direction, we didn’t do that, he continues.

Above all, Niklas made an impression on the other participants when he caught Marianne Eklöf Törnblom in a lie. One morning he asks her what she did the night before, she replies that she watched “Aktuellt” – but Niklas knows that the program was not broadcast that night.

– After I found out about Marianne with the lie, I gained so much self-confidence, says Niklas.

Exposed the lie – then received it

He makes the whole group aware of Marianne’s lie at the round table, which leads to her being voted out as a traitor.

– I was praised the whole evening, I have never received so many high fives and pats on the back. I went to bed very safe. I didn’t even bother to put the glasses on the morning after, then suspicion is immediately raised against me, says Niklas.

– I was probably a bit taken aback. Afterwards, I thought that I must have been able to defend myself better, but I was way too puffed up. They can’t be serious? I should have explained how I arrived at that. But I was so amazed that they suspected me because of that, he continues.

The fact that it was then turned against him was the basis for him now being voted out.

“Didn’t think it would affect you so much”

But it was difficult to get out of the bubble even when he had to leave the recordings, explains Niklas.

– I didn’t think it would affect you so much. I wasn’t prepared for it to be the way it was, to be so changed and enter the game as seriously as I did. But nothing negative, only positive, says Niklas.

– You remained in that bubble for quite a long time afterwards. There were a few days that I was completely engrossed in this. The family understood nothing. It sometimes feels like I can still get very involved in it, he continues.
