The judge also says that he cannot rule out that more of these types of rulings will follow if the minister cannot better substantiate the distinction. If that does not happen, according to the judge, “it is up to the legislature to change the law to ensure that higher professional education students who are going to pursue a master’s degree are treated equally.”
