The Svea Court of Appeal determines the sentence for a woman in her 30s who was employed at Attunda district court and leaked secret information from the court to a gang criminal man.
The woman is sentenced, as in the district court, to one year and nine months in prison. In the district court, the woman was convicted of gross breach of confidentiality, gross data breach, data breach of the normal degree and three cases of breach of confidentiality of the normal degree.
However, the Court of Appeal acquits the woman of the charge of serious breach of confidentiality.
