(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Lady Bacardi Media (LBM), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the production of film and television content, has the new Board of Directors has been appointed made up of five members with a term of office until the meeting called to approve the budget as of 31 December 2026. The overall annual compensation was decided at 100,000 euros.
The new Board of Directors is composed of David Peretti (President), Pasquale Grimaldi, Pierre Xavier L Goffinet, Dominique Yves C Fontaine, Nicola Cinelli.
