Meanwhile, while the Syrian National Army (SNA) dominates the entire Tel Rifat district center in the Dawn of Freedom Operation launched against the terrorist organization PKK/YPG, it continues to advance in the outer parts.
SNA forces, who clashed with PKK/YPG terrorists nestled in Tel Rifat, entered from Deir Cemal in the west of the district and cleared the district center from terrorism.
SNA troops, who also liberated the Hırbil village in the east of Tel Rifat, continue to advance in the outer parts of the district.

Tel Rifat, located 18 kilometers from the Turkish border, had been occupied by YPG/PKK terrorists for 8 years.
OPERATION DAWN OF FREEDOM
After anti-regime armed groups launched an operation against Aleppo on November 27, Syrian regime forces cooperated with the terrorist organization PKK/YPG and handed over some regions to the organization.
The terrorist organization, which brought reinforcements to the Aleppo region from the east of the Euphrates River, began to fortify these areas.
In the face of preparations for the establishment of a terror corridor between Tel Rifat and Manbij, which is also occupied by the organization, the Syrian National Army launched Operation Dawn of Freedom against the organization.
During the operation, Tel Rifat, which was occupied by terrorists, was besieged and the plan was prevented.
OCCUPATION OF PKK/YPG IN TEL RIFAT
YPG/PKK terrorists captured Tel Rifat and some surrounding settlements in February 2016 with Russian air support.
The terrorist organization displaced approximately 250 thousand civilians from Tel Rifat and its surroundings, and the population in question took refuge in areas close to the Turkish border.
From here, YPG/PKK was attacking the settlements in the Operation Euphrates Shield and Operation Olive Branch regions, the Turkish security forces who provided security, and the positions of opposition fighters.
The terrorist organization PKK/YPG, which occupied the Tel Rifat district, tried to keep the district under its control by acting jointly with the Bashar Assad regime and its supporters.
After anti-Assad regime armed groups entered the city center of Aleppo on November 29, regime forces withdrew their elements from Tel Rifat.
