Love is in the meadow wants a change of scenery in 2025, a new “olé olé” for the 20th anniversary

Love is in the meadow wants a change of scenery

An undeniable success for M6, L’Amour est dans le pré is preparing to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year. To mark the occasion, the show will push the boundaries of love and dare to make a big change.

It’s time to take stock. Like every end of the year, M6 has scheduled the two final broadcasts of Love is in the meadow on November 25 and December 2, 2024, to give viewers the verdict of this long season. Who found love, who missed it? Each farmer comes to confide, alone or with their significant other, about this extraordinary experience. And it could be even more so from 2025, M6 having planned to renew the concept with big new features.

The channel and the production company Fremantle already have their eyes set on next season, the 20th anniversary of this program which has become cult in France. It must be said that the recruitment of farmers looking for love begins very early, to be able to present them to viewers generally from January and start receiving letters from “suitors”.

And they may have to agree to travel to meet the stars of Love is in the meadow 2025. In addition to the traditional singles from France, the casting opens for the first time to expatriate farmers as well as French-speaking candidates living outside our borders, whether in Quebec or in the territories of Overseas. “We don’t want to deny ourselves anything for the 20th birthday,” Fremantle told Télé-Loisirs.

Belgian, Quebec or Swiss accents could therefore mingle with those of our regions in this program resolutely focused on local areas. Without going all the way to Spain for the “olé olé” (yet), there will be something to spice up this 2025 ADP season. In addition to the picturesque side, this international opening also aims to diversify profiles, to discover other agricultural activities and new sumptuous landscapes, without forgetting to spark new love stories beyond borders.

The casting is already open. To find these new heroes of Love is in the meadowa call for applications has already been launched by Karine Le Marchand herself. In a video broadcast on M6, the star host urged farmers in France and elsewhere, aged 25 and over, to try the adventure of cathodic love.

Filming for this anniversary season will begin in early 2025 for broadcast expected from the summer, before the start of the school year in September. While waiting to blow out its 20 candles, Love is in the meadow has not finished having some surprises and great stories in store for us. Because in love, as in agriculture, you have to know how to think outside the box.
