According to Christian Benedict, it’s all about the fact that you are often very relaxed when you lie on the sofa and watch TV. In addition, it is usually done in connection with the time you are going to sleep.
– When you then go to bed, all the thoughts appear: Now I’m going to sleep and now I even have to sleep. Christian has said that I should sleep at least seven hours. It will be a bigger challenge.

Many people often feel tired and relaxed when watching TV. But Benedict tells us that you shouldn’t leave it on when you’ve fallen asleep.
– You can of course imagine that you should watch TV when you are in bed. But what you should do in any case is to set a timer so that it automatically switches off after 15 minutes when you have fallen asleep.
At the same time, he suggests letting the television viewing stay on the couch.
