Facing him, Max Verstappen showed a little tension but confirmed in Saudi Arabia that he was still as formidable as ever when it comes to showing his teeth on the track. Long-awaited, this last race of the season will also take place on a redesigned circuit where several turns have been modified to facilitate overtaking and avoid a new purge on an Emirati circuit which offered more beautiful Sunday naps to F1 fans than thrilling season finals. At what time to follow qualifying for the 2021 Abu Dhabi GP?
Qualifying will not be missed as the composition of the starting grid for this Abu Dhabi GP will have a direct impact on the start of the race. A pole position from Max Verstappen would put him in a strong position against a Lewis Hamilton forced to overtake him on the track on Sunday during the Grand Prix to win an 8th world championship title. The qualifying session will take place at dusk on the Yas Marina circuit and will be preceded by a final free practice session on Saturday morning.
