The new extension has several different functions that aim to reduce all the calls made to 114 14 about, for example, the status of a police report or the status of an application.

New way to give consent to passports
One matter in particular has burdened the telephone line to 114 14: Consent to children and young people who must apply for a passport and national ID card. Now guardians can give their consent digitally and no longer have to do it with a paper form.
