(Finance) – Dear Mosconia group active in the fabrics sector and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has closed i first nine months of the financial year
with revenues of 31.2 million euros, down 15.6% compared to 37 million in the same period of the 2023 financial year. The decline – it is underlined – “reflects a macroeconomic and geopolitical framework still complextogether with the continuing slowdown in the luxury market. This trend mainly impacted the fabric business line, although the Group managed to contain the decline below the average of the district to which it belongs, thanks to its leadership positioning and its ability to adapt.”
In the third quarter of the year – explains the Group – significant signs of resilience emerged, with a slight improvement compared to the second quarter and a slowdown in the decline in revenues.
The Net Financial Position to 30 September 2024 it is “cash positive” for 13.7 million euroscompared to 15.9 million at 30 June 2024 and 17.1 million at 31 December 2023. The change is mainly attributable to the outlay for the acquisition of a minority stake in Creazioni Digitali (1.1 million), in addition and upon completion of investments in printing machinery and the new warehouse.
