Landslides occurred as a result of heavy rains in the Bulambuli region in eastern Uganda. Authorities stated that at least 40 houses in 6 villages remained underground and that the dead bodies of 15 people have been found so far.
NO NEWS FROM 113 PEOPLE
Stating that the loss of life is expected to increase, officials stated that there is still no news from 113 people. Search and rescue efforts continue in the region.
