(Finance) – Spanish inflation in November was higher than analysts’ expectations. According to theNational Institute of Statistics Spanish (INE), which today published a flash estimate, inflation on an annual basis is estimated at 2.4% compared to the 2.3% expected by analysts and +1.8% in October.
The index of consumer prices on a monthly basis it recorded a positive change of 0.2% after +0.6% in October.
THE’harmonized inflation, which takes into account a different and identical basket for the whole EUshould record a year-on-year increase of 2.4%, in line with consensus, against +1.8% in the previous month.
