Zuckerberg and Trump met News in brief

Director of Meta company Mark Zuckerberg and future President of the United States Donald Trump have met at Florida’s Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday.

The relationship between Zuckerberg and Trump has been difficult.

Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram removed Trump from their services after the 2021 congressional takeover, but have since let him back. Trump has claimed that Meta censors right-wing opinions.

According to Meta’s spokesperson, Zuckerberg was grateful for Trump’s dinner invitation and the opportunity to talk with representatives of the future administration.
