(Finance) – Positively resolved industrial crisis from the Fimer Spa in ASa company specialized in the production and marketing of photovoltaic inverters, with the assignment to MA Solar Italy Limiteda company incorporated under English law McLaren Applied Group LTD. The operation was authorized today by Ministry of Business and Made in Italyon the recommendation of Minister Urso.
For the company summary McLaren Applied has offered 26 million euros and presented a detailed industrial plan characterized by significant prospective growth with future investments of 30 million. The company has also guaranteed the maintenance of employment levels for 3 years, providing for a 2% salary increase for all employees starting from 2025.
Thanks to the synergistic work of Mimit, extraordinary commissioners, advisors and all the employees, in less than a year from the opening of the extraordinary administration it was possible to reorganize Fimer and obtain the award of the company consisting of the production plant in Terranuova Bracciolini (Arezzo) and the six strategic foreign subsidiaries (India, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, USA and Australia).
