(Finance) – Bioeraa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the production and distribution of organic and natural products for health and well-being, closed 2021 with revenues consolidated amounting to 1.2 million euros (11.8 million at December 31, 2020), others non-recurring revenues for 18.7 million euros (nil in the previous year), a EBITDA adjusted for negative non-recurring items for 2.6 million euros and a Net income of continuing operations of 15.3 million (loss of 6.3 million at December 31, 2020). L’net financial debt is € 6.6 million (€ 12.2 million at December 31, 2020), while equity stood at € 2 million (negative for € 10 million at December 31, 2020).
The above consolidated figures include the values as of December 31, 2021 of Ki Group Holding and its subsidiary La Fonte della Vita since, at the end of the financial year 2021, Bioera, while holding only 3.4% of Ki Group Holding, was a significant shareholder and retained control in fact on the same. Furthermore, the president of Ki Group Holding was Canio Giovanni Mazzaro. On February 23, 2022, following the bond loan in place between Ki Group Holding and Negma Group, Bioera’s stake was further reduced from 3.4% to 3%, compared to the 4.4% held by Negma Group. On 24 February 2022, the BoD chaired by Canio Giovanni Mazzaro also lapsed.
