According to the indictment, the man must also have beaten, threatened and raped the woman.
The woman must have contact with a person in a parking lot the day after the incident when she was shopping with the man. She stated that she still feared for her life when they went to the store.
Two more people are charged. They are suspected of harboring a criminal. The prosecutor believes that they had access to the woman’s phone and sent text messages to make it appear that she lied to the police about the rape.
