STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl had to contend with numerous bugs when it was released on Steam, which could even prevent players from progressing on the quest. On Steam, the development team reveals which problems they will tackle first – and, above all, when.
What happened when Stalker 2 was released?
The reasons could be, on the one hand, that the players have not yet gotten beyond the 10 hours of playing time. On the other hand, it could be because the players are used to a catastrophic launch like the previous part.
But the developers are aware of the many bugs. On Steam they have now revealed how they want to save the game and when the first patch will come.

What’s the plan? The development team wants to address many bugs at once. Above all, the errors that cause the game to crash or hinder the progress of quests should be eliminated as quickly as possible.

When should the patch come? The saving patch is scheduled to appear within the current week, both on Xbox and PC. However, the message does not make it clear when exactly this will happen.
